They're gunna know who you are no matter how long you wait tbh.
The only time I've had someone leave the room there during a session, was right at the start cos she forgot to grab some extra towels. Even then she was back in like 20 seconds.
My experience was a bit different unfortunately.

When I turned up there last Saturday for my booking around ~8ish, I got buzzed in, and I heard a WG and an Indian dude walking down the stairs, so I started walking down to the downstairs area to avoid bumping into them.
