Giulia Rosa (Julia Rosa) — I booked several days ahead for Saturday in Hamilton and the booking was confirmed.
Her advertised touring schedule at the time was:
New Plymouth: 15–16 September
Hamilton: 17– Saturday 19 September
Auckland: 20–24 September
On Saturday 19 September, her advert changed to show Auckland. When I contacted her to confirm the address for the appointment, I found out she had already left Hamilton, so the confirmed booking didn’t go ahead.
The main issue for me was the lack of advance communication. If plans change, it would be much better to let confirmed clients know beforehand and give them the option of moving the booking to another day.
I’m posting this because reliability and communication matter when people book ahead and travel for appointments.
I’d still consider trying again if she tours Hamilton in future, and hopefully next time I can leave a proper review of the experience itself.
