Ginza in Sydney

Has anyone been to Ginza Club or Ginza Empire in Sydney? Two locations, same owner? Heard from a SW who worked there that they're very strict and keep standards extremely high. But the low reviews kinda scare me. And they apparently hate Indians...

Swinging through Sydney and Melbourne for a week after Auckland.
