I need to vent....

I had a booking at SL that I was very much looking forward to.

But, they canceled my booking. Their story was that she was unavailable, but inconsistencies in their texts made it obvious that it was a bullshit story. For whatever reason, they gave my booking to someone else.

And what can you do. I can't get shitty at them or they'll just block me.

It's not like I'm a difficult customer for them.

I've been to SL at least 30 times in the last 15 months since I moved to Auckland.

I'm always on time. Always the correct cash. Always courteous and polite to the girls. Always showered, nicely dressed, with cologne and breath mints.

Never drunk. Never push their boundaries. Never even make waves with disappointing starfish punts.

I'd like to think I'm about the definition of a model customer.

So it's damn frustrating to be left high and dry with blue balls.

I'm not going to say I'll boycott SL. I'll be back for sure, because they keep having girls that I like.

But for now.... fuck you.

Yeah they did the same with me once. Booked some new girl and they cancelled on me 9mins before the booking. Worst thing was I had driven all the way into Grafton for it and found a park.

They offered another girl then wantes to move the booking like an hour ahead or something. I was like fuck this and drove back home. 🤣

Curious, how can you tell they gave your booking to someone else? Or at least done it out it of bad faith, as opposed to accidentally messing up a booking?

Hi SL admin, thanks for joining the chat with your not-so-subtle account created less than 24 hours after my initial post... 🧐

But regardless, that's a good point.

I didn't mean to say that they (you) intentionally gave the time slot away because they (you) didnt want me specifically.

It may well have been an accidental mix up.

But either way, she was unavailable, so clearly the slot was filled one way or another.

My point is that I wish they (you) would just be honest and admit to a mix up. Rather than lame excuses that were so obviously fake.

It's the deception that frustrates me more than the actual cancelation.

I would be much less frustrated if I was just told "hey, we're so sorry but we made a mix up and she's been double booked. Unfortunately you won't be able to see her at that time, but she is available at X time, or on X day".

And if they (you) really want to show good service, then take $50 off the next booking to smooth the waters...

At some of these places the receptionists are just working girls. Either the less popular ones working the phone while they wait for a booking, or they just work the reception on their days off for extra money.

I know Scarlett works the phones a fair bit at SL. She does seem more intelligent than most of the others.

But they probably have a simple and inefficient booking system. I'm sure they won't pay for any kind of advanced scheduling software.

Perhaps being a "Model Customer" is exactly why they felt they could screw with you (Metaphorically - rather than literally since they cancelled the booking). Do they even keep track of their valued regulars?

Perhaps punters should be more vocal. I guess this forum is a good start but are they even listing/reading? This is a supply and demand industry and they really should carefully consider the demands of their clients.

Maybe. But if they have any business savvy, the bosses at SL will instead make nice with OP and improve things a bit on their side. It probably wouldn’t take much. I mean, OP is worth about $7K per annum to them, money which would be welcomed by Johnny when he buys his brothel.

OP is actually worth a lot more to SL....

I do some doubles, and I pay for extras sometimes like anal.

I have dropped over $15k at SL in the last year.

I have no idea where that places me on the list of spenders. I may not be Gold Elite status, but surely at least a Silver membership...

Therefore, it does surprise me that they can be so cavalier with my custom. But I guess it just shows they're making too much money to care.
