The worst is when they actually have decent tits to begin with, like a nice pair of natural C cups. Then decide to go and get a hack job surgery and upgrade to DDs because they think it will increase their business. Fake Indian Nadia did that.

Yeah it's pretty dumb they think all men like big tits and think they will be more desirable and will make more money if they get big fake tits. It's a shame.

I think the only time a women should get fake tits is after they've had multiple kids and their boobs are saggy as fuck. At that point a pair of fake tits is better than the natural ones they have...

But if they have nice little natural small boobs A-B cups they shouldn't get a boob job. Especially if they have C up, those are big enough.
