I don’t think it’s been that successful since Lacey left. Might be a split or a complete rebrand. Long gone are the glory days of multiple locations. It’s clear that the movenpick premises is not being used and the quality of girls has gone down (or up in weight)

They actually do have a good selection of African girls but outside of that not much.

Not only quality the attitude of management is hostile towards paying customers
 
If this is Debs, then I honestly think this has to be one of the worst rebrands of all time. Debs has been around forever, and everyone already knows it. Simply changing the name and posting new photos definitely isn’t going to help. Offering opening discounts or bringing in new girls might have made a difference, but as long as it’s still the same location, same shitty management, and same unprofessional service, I can’t see it lasting very long.
 
Interesting. They had two premises so maybe they decided to open a new brand or something, perhaps one that runs on a different business model given the competition from The Apartment etc.
 
I don’t think the Debs licence allows them to provide FS. TA has an FS licence I suppose, so SM is allowed, but not the other way around. That’s my understanding.
 
When your business is customer service, randomly shitting on your customers (unless they have humiliation kink) will mean your business fails.
This hopeless rebrand is classic Nikita and Maia. So much for the masseuses studying business, management,
communications and psychology. As I predicted last year, this will likely be their last year of operation at scale.
 
Also, I think Debonairs takes around $90–$100 from every booking from their masseuses. I could be wrong, but I remember one of the girls telling me they don’t get much from the SM. The apartment charges about $65 per hour and caps it at $240 per day, which seems pretty fair in my opinion.

No wonder some of the Debs girls are moving to TA. They can earn more, have more freedom, and are allowed to do FS if they choose to. The only downside, I guess, is that they don’t seem to have enough rooms, and TA’s reception also kind of sucks.
 
Strangely they also seem to charge more at TA too. Which means less bookings. Despite supposedly making more. I guess they have to run their ads and pay for the room booking etc.
 
Looks like they have just turned their newer premise into a sister agency and created a new brand. But they'll no doubt keep running Debs at the old Doctors clinic premise.

They're advertising the girls at the new agency on the old website still...

I guess its a tough economy and business is down and they're competing with Chinese rug and tugs that do almost the same thing at half the price and also offer NBJ. I guess they gotta try a new marketing strategy to compete!

Asian Rug and Tugs are also giving out a free booking on every 5th booking and that is the best marketing in this rough economy and their arch rivals like TA are giving out amazing discount deals too

SC used to do that back in 2024 if you see any girl at SC for 5 hours of total booking with any girl you get an 30 minutes booking free. But they stopped it from starting of 2025:rolleyes:
 
Looks like they’ve pulled all their ads from NZG. 😂 Maybe Maia saw this post and decided to shut the whole thing down until they figure out a better marketing strategy. What a mess.
