This is my very first thread but unfortunately it is a nightmare to share.

I texted to phone booking number to explain what happened, the credit to them, they responded very quickly, because it was Friday nobody in office , the owner will go through on following Monday , short time later I received another reply it said: the owner has reviewed the issue, they acknowledged that the dispute between us, they offered me complimentary visit as a good gesture , hopefully I rebuilt my confidence with them. I don’t how did they review , one thing for sure I won’t receive complementary if I have done things wrong, so I took the offer although it ruined my Friday and confidence , at the end of the day the management can’t control each individual WG, I am not here trying to fix things. I am only an average punter who wants to enjoy good time. I don’t know what happened to Alana that day She might have bad hair day, she might forget to take pills or take too much pills , if you don’t feel good and then don’t come to work! It’s not cool to hurt my feelings to accused me something I am not . Just because i am tidy and clean, I respect others and never intend to take advantage of others doesn’t mean you can fool me.
