I think her description was interesting enough to try and schedule a visit... I hope it doesn't have the same runaround as it did with you!
I'll come back and tell you how it was when i see her...

I was also thinking about Sophie, who is relatively new and isn't always on the roster.

I think I got Lana at the start of her shift. So if you get her a bit after she might be better organised. Sophie looks decent, I wish they would list all the girls extras though.
