Usually the Chinese girls (such as at DB, Vixens etc) offer the best shower service which includes thorough washing and BJ in shower. The Japanese are also good at it, but I've never had one give me a BJ in there. They will probably fuck you in there as well if you request it. The Kiwi girls don't generally do shower stuff unless you pay extra for it, and even then some wont do it.

To be honest I still haven't been to DB, so it might be a bit unfair for me to compare them. I can recommend Vixens though!
