I’m a white man but like to think of myself as an honorary Asian.

Assuming you are a fair bit older than her. She really should respect her elders, at least enough to not try to fool them, short change them, or trick them. To do so to an elder is extremely bad form in East Asian culture.

I definitely understand your being upset. Very insulting behavior especially Asian-asian.

TA is off my menu for the way they completely mishandled this. Fuck that! Did they ever reply to your texts @SanFranHC ? Maybe manager on duty needs to side w SW and doesn’t know you. I get that. But management would know you’ve made bookings before and never had any issue. They should have apologised and offered freebie or at least 50% off.

I would expect this kind of unfriendly behaviour more from white workers and possibly others, but not Asians. Unless that particular worker could be self-hating of her mixed heritage
