Segregate Asian and non-Asian reviews

like advert websites have it laid out. it could be a good idea to have dedicated reviews sections for asian and non-asian

We also don't want to make what is currently a simple site to navigate more compex.

I'm already seeing people post un review section when they are just making requests and that's an obvious distinction.
