All seriousness though, probably any paid carparks in a corner top floor or mid level. If you want a view? Maybe mission bay point at night, maybe wing gate reserve at night? go on a bit of a drive and scope out some places
 
Its a hard ask these days but here are the spots I have done it:

Auckland Domain car park, its near the museum. We did the act and were just hanging out but then a security guard came and kicked us out as it closes at night and they move all the people and cars out.

The Auckland Marina car park, its massive and mostly quiet. Just parked up and had a good time together. Was quiet, would go there again.

Various business car parks, you can find some car parks among businesses that are secluded, I did this a couple of times on the North Shore.

Pro tip: Get an inflatable bed for the back of the car and a air pump that plugs into the car. Don't get a manual pump, do you really want to be pumping air into a bed for 30 minutes or pumping your date?

I don't know too many in centeral Auckland. But parks and beaches in the evening might be good. Also light industrial areas at night are also good.
