I miss the days (8-10 years) ago when you were spoiled for choice on quality Kiwi chicks as escorts.
I still think back to those days which was roughly when I started punting and puts a smile on my face.
Now, we have Asians, Asians and more Asians.
Cheap as shit, not good looking, no hospitality skills just awful!

How have they come to dominate the market and strangle quality kiwi girls from a job that used to be
viable for them? Clearly the job is no longer worthwhile to many New Zealanders anymore.
NZG used to be multipages of kiwi girls, now it's multi pages of unattractive Asians.

Look I don't hate Asians or something.
If the masses of Asian escorts were high quality and those qualities out competed the locals then I would

I agree with you.
I recall that 10 years ago, the market was significantly more diversified. Yes, there were Chinese girls, the cheap and nasty ones....but, for example, in the North Shore we could find Club3, which was a paradise for hot and young Brazilians, many of them model-looking.
Many Kiwi women were working independently from their homes in Birkenhead, Glenfield, and Northcote, Ellerslie, Greenlane, CBD, etc.. You could even find hot Thais and even real Japanese (students) working from motels and private houses. I met a few super cute / hot ones.

Today if you go to Escortify, it's totally dominated by fake Asians. NZGirls is full of either fakes or these silicone-implanted girls charging $600 for 15 minutes.
It's not all doom and gloom. You still find some relatively beautiful Asians and Non Asians who charge a fair amount, most of them in these Agencies such as SL, SC, DBVip, Vixens. etc..
 
Don't forget that 25-50% of the Asian adverts on Escortify are B&S so the number of Asian working girls is probably less than all the ads. But yes still an overwhelming amount. Whenever I check Eacortify and NZG these days the first thing I do is filter thr Asians. Although you still get a lot of Asian profiles lol. I just go to an agency if I feel like Asian these days.
 
Not all asians are hot and attractive, but the vast majority of them are not size 12+. Sorry to be blunt, but as an European expat, I'm used to better looking white girls on the streets around me. Here, I'm looking hard to spot some, but they are very rare.
So, this is my personal reason why I only do Asians, no exceptions.
And yes, I do miss Club3.

The asian's tend to be harder workers looking for bigger market share, a bit like the hard working indian dairy owners that work 18 hours a day 7 days a week non stop for ever. Non asian's tend to be a bit lazier and only do what they want when they want, or when they have to, that leaves a big hole in the market for asians to exploit

In my opinion I think it’s has to do with the current financial market. Back in the day Cash reserves or disposable cash was allot more than it is now. For example I don’t have $500 cash for a romp with a Non Asian chick. But I do have $ 320 for a VIP service. Plus the convenience of being able to just pull into a very short notice booking.

I haven't done agencies for about 20 years now but in the old pre PRA days when the girls had to be registered with the police to work in a massage parlour they were all contractors and had signed contracts to work for the agency, the contracts were heavily biassed in favour of the agency, it specified all their performance requirements and every transgression resulted in a financial penalty, the agencies kept a retainer of their earnings that they didn't receive back unless they resigned correctly with the correct amount of notice within the contract terms. So that meant they had the girls by the short and curlies $$$, they had to turn up on time to all their rostered shifts and do the rostered hours or they get $$pinged$$, they had to do all their housekeeping with the client, go and dry out the shower with towels after you had showered so the next punter walks into a brand new dry shower or they get $$pinged$$, make sure the client is happy and doesn't complain or they get $$pinged$$, get the client out of the room in time or they get $$pinged$$, remove all the towels and put them in the laundry and make the bed and clean the room so its brand new for the next client or they get $$pinged$$, the agencies were ruthless with compliance and took no shit from the girls (only their money) so they performed quite well even if they didn't have much of a liking towards you. Compared to the old days I generally find most non asians quite lazy and low in performance now, they don't quite have the same incentives to perform that they once had
 
In my experience asians tend to be cheaper for similar quality, don’t have a long list of extras for things that should be included as standard, offer natural bj, don’t waste half the session in convo, and offer high service level. This is obviously just a general comment. For Asian diners like me and @Shandy , NZ is heaven (well after Sydney that is - if you know, you know).

Maybe I have to book an Kiwi WG to see what the fuss is all about, but my experience with asians is very different. There were some bad ones, but it's safe to say 80% were good. In terms of hospitality and effort even more. And I know like 2-3 words in Chinese. If you want to talk to them, not speaking the language is just an excuse, not a valid reason not to.
Honestly, I can count on one hand the occasions where we didn't have a laugh about something.
It's all about your mindset. If you are walking in the room prepared to find something wrong with the girl, her ethnicity or whatever you will probably find something you don't like. Just relax and have fun.

I believe this is partly why I developed an Asian fetish when I was younger. Not all Asian girls are good but I find a higher percentage of Asian girls are attractive and have a good attitude vs the percentage of kiwi girls with the same attributes.
 
You have to make the best of the Asians. Especially if they are small framed and short. The smaller they are the bigger your 🍆 looks . Asian providers have a different work ethnic and generally haven't had a negative experience with them. They tend to be more accommodating and flexible.

On the topic of local girls going to sugar daddy sites instead, I don't think that's working all that well (at least not for everyone); otherwise, they won't be turning back to escorting. Its pretty bad in Christchurch as well. I imagine it would be even worst for smaller towns as well.
