The odds of having symptomatic EBV infection/glandular fever is quite low, and even without kissing girls you can contract this (several other ways to acquire). Most people go through life having caught it without any symptoms. If you ever become immunosuppressed it can reactivate though.

The odds of contracting HIV from kissing is basically zero. Salivary enzymes inactivate the virus. Basically you would need to be deep French kissing an active HIV patient with a large bleeding open wound.

You are more likely to catch chlamydia, gonorrhoea, syphilis, or HSV2 (genital herpes) - if anything. But the odds of you catching any of these infections are extremely low with use of protection.
