Back in the day there was a sensual massage business in Hamilton right behind where SL currently operate from. It was OK but it didn’t take off. Now that Hamilton and its surrounding areas have developed I think there is a good case to revisit that and start up a business. If I wasn’t already tied up with my businesses I would give it a go, but I’m probably not the right person to have a go at it alone. Anyway just putting it out there. If someone does start a SM business like the Auckland ones and do it right, it will thrive!

it would be great if we did have a SM business and not have to rely on online ads (which I don't really trust). but then again, it would be better for my bank account and privacy if we didn't and i just go to auckland instead

Having to drive an hour and a half to Auckland is a good incentive to have a wank instead and save money
I'm surprised Secret Liaisons hasn't already tried to start a SM joint down there. I guess people are a bit hesitant to start new businesses in this economic climate

Thats disappointing to hear. I hadn't even realised they were no longer operating in Hamilton. I guess most the girls prefer to work in Auckland because there's more business.

yeah that's what it is. also in my opinion, because is hamilton is far smaller than auckland and due to the private nature of sex work, you never know if you'll accidentally bump into someone you know or if they were to see you go into such establishmentsThats disappointing to hear. You're right. Generally sex workers coming from smaller cities/towns prefer to work somewhere different from where they live or grew up.
maybe they should get the girls from akl to come work here in hamilton.. one time i ended up booking a girl who kinda knew me as she worked at same place as my younger brother n she had seen me while visiting him there. First we hesitated when we looked at each other but then we decided to go ahead and keep it professional all the time. whatever goes here stays here lol.. saw here few times after that..

SL will be re-opening in a few months 
I did some work with a mamasan trying to find suitable premises for a good location and setup in Hamilton a few years ago.
Bloody hard to find something within the allowed council zones. We found a few suitable places, but as soon as we explained the nature of the business (we called it health services, straight away they'd be like: massage?), it was always a No.
The SL location was OK, but possibly prone to complaints, hassle from surrounding businesses.
Easier to just book a sympathetic motel room for a week and not have the overheads for most, I think.
The Berescourt property is a decent setup
