Both, actually. :) Unless you have un-n atur ally thin lips or another really valid reason, lip curls or filler look ... a bit weird, unusual.?
Granted, it probably improves the social media smile, and if it makes you feel better, go for it but personally, not a fan.
Lots of the Aus girls seem to have had it done, I didn't like this at all.

Just my opinion though!
