The Pelican Club is reminiscent of the brothels of the 2000s, where it is set up as a bar you can go in and mingle with the ladies and have a drink. So you can just walk in and pick a girl without having a booking. Similar to Pinky Girls, it caters more to drunken guys on a night out, so it opens into the early hours of the morning like a nightclub. So the quality of girls there isn't as good as some of the other places. The last time I visited there were several ladies hanging around in the lounge and I only found two of them attractive. The whole building is quite run down and the rooms are pretty shit and dated. Instead of beds, they have vinyl pads which you fornicate on.
